Mickey Factz - Checkmate

Mickey Factz - Checkmate by Hypetrak

Waaaaaaaait a mintue.
Mickey gets ill on this, but . . .is this a diss in disguise?!
Take a close listen to this one.

Now, "I ain't one to gossip", but lets take the Factz facts of this song for what they are:
1) The intro is Lupe Fiasco speaking about the All-City Chess Club, the would-be supergroup that consists of himself, B.o.B., Wale, Asher Roth, Diggy Simmons, Charles Hamilton, Blu...and J.Cole.  Considering that Mickey Factz doesn't appear to be involved, that intro is a bit strange.
2) The beat on this is from J. Cole's "Who Dat".
3) If you're really listening, this verse is pretty damn aggressive...
"...if you look at it...sorta like a chess game
You're mislead 'cause of treacherous heads.
Fact is, as kids, we played checkers instead."

4) J. Cole is signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation label.  In April '09, it was being said that Factz had also been signed.  Then suddenly, that June, Jay-Z said in an interview that Factz was NOT on his label.

Ehhhhhhhhh, obviously I don't know anything for sure, but my impression of this is that Mickey Factz is firing some not-so-subtle shots at J. Cole.  Why would he?  I don't know...I'm just adding up the pieces.
