I don't post many interviews. 99% of them are pointless.
The #1 quality I respect in people is having the balls to do/say whatever they want. Not for the sake of standing out or for shock value, but because they really just don' give a f***, and they're smart enough to understand the consequences of their actions and strong enough to deal with them.
