Wow...stay off the internet for a weekend and you can really miss some things.Its incredible how many notable people have been lost in the last few months.
On Saturday, Baatin, founding member of Slum Village (a very close personal #2 right behind Tribe) passed away in his native Detroit.
Much like fellow group member J-Dilla before him, I hope his work (and all that of Slum Village as a whole) gains in appreciation.
