Citizens FOB Mixtape: Welcome to the New Administration features unreleased tracks from their upcoming album The Return - “Folie a Deux” debuting on November 4, 2008. The mixtape has a guest list that includes Seth Green, Ludacris, Gym Class Heroes, The Academy Is, Panic @ the Disco, Tyga, Cobra Startship, The Cab, Hey Monday, as well as artists from Fall Out Boy’s label Decaydance. MTV and The E! Channel will be airing segments of Clinton Sparks and Pete Wentz in the studio creating the mixtape.
