I know a handful of you are reading this right now.

I have no talent whatsoever, but I know a potentially amazing song when I hear one.
If the right combination of producer and emcee got together and sampled "Rope of Sand" by Jamie Lidell, I am 100% certain that it would be a classic.  Can't you just hear a Joe Budden Mood Muzik type song coming out of this?  The melodies, the strings, the vocal samples you could pull from it...all of it.

Because this is the best song from someone I've never heard of in a very long time, and I think more folks should be up on Jamie Lidell
