True Confession: I own A Charlie Brown Christmas on DVD.  To this day, I watch it 2-3 times per Christmas season.  I understand Charlie Brown.  He gets it, man.  That dude was WAY ahead of his time.  And without the slightest bit of irony, I would genuinely put that movie's soundtrack/score in my Top 15 albums ever recorded.

This track actually sounds like Hawthorne singing over the Vince Guaraldi Trio's original instrumental.  Good times.  Good times.

UPDATE:  Apparently, this is from 2008.  Now On is a now-defunct group that included Mayer Hawthorne* and two other dudes.

* I have NO idea why, but for some reason I keep getting Mayer Hawthore and Mike Posner's names mixed up, and it drives me nuts.  One is fantastic (Hawthorne), and the other's popularity is a complete enigma to me.  They aren't even similar.  I bet there's a half dozen Mayer Hawthorne jams out there that I've ignored by accident because I was mistaking him for Posner.  Dammit!
